Braemar Hotels & Resorts' largest shareholder, Al Shams Investments Limited, nominated five director candidates on Sept 14, 2026, to stand for election at the annual shareholder meeting on Nov 13. The candidates are real estate finance executive Jennifer Bitterman, real estate investor and operator Jonathan Klein, institutional investor Anna Massion, former Treasurer to The Queen of England Sir Michael Peat, and corporate governance attorney Wayne Walker.
