Built on Sabre Mosaic, the platform advances the carrier toward personalised, offer-and-order-based retailing, and Kenya Airways will adopt Sabre Mosaic Offer Optimisation for continuous learning and dynamic pricing.     Amadeus Deploys AI Pricing Optimization for SAS

    Amadeus is deploying Amadeus Air Pricing Optimization (AAPO) across Scandinavian Airlines' (SAS) entire network. Airlines face rising fuel costs and are increasing ancillary fees like baggage fees. However, legacy infrastructure, fragmented systems, and reliance on tech vendors hinder retail transformation. The survey shows about 30% of airlines rate modern airline retailing initiatives as good, while over 40% say they need improvement. For NDC, nearly 40% rate it good, over 44% say needs improvement.     Saudia moves to Orders with Amadeus Nevio

    Saudia, the national flag-carrier of Saudi Arabia, translated traditional booking records (PNRs) and electronic tickets into Orders, becoming one of the first airlines globally to operationalize Orders. The milestone was achieved using Amadeus' smart bridging capabilities, translating traditional records from Saudia's existing Amadeus Altéa PSS into single order records in its new Amadeus Nevio environment.
