    Jinjiang Hotels Signs Strategic Cooperation with Guangdong Culture and Tourism Department

    On September 11, Jinjiang Hotels signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism in Guangzhou, establishing a long-term mechanism covering brand development, resource integration, consumption promotion, publicity and local cultural experiences. As of end-June 2026, Jinjiang Hotels operated more than 1,700 hotels across all 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong, with about 197,000 rooms. In 2025, Guangdong received 960 million tourist visits and generated 1.24 trillion yuan in tourism spending, with 90.308 million inbound visits.

    Jinjiang Hotels Buys Back and Cancels 2.22 Million Restricted Shares

    On August 10, Jinjiang Hotels announced the buyback and cancellation of a total of 2,219,982 restricted shares, involving 242 incentive recipients, expected to complete on August 13. Of these, 2,129,253 shares were repurchased due to unmet performance targets, and 90,729 shares due to changes in incentive recipients. After cancellation, total share capital will decrease from 1.0663 billion to 1.0641 billion shares.
