Booking.com launches internal platform AgentHub for building modular AI agents

Booking.com has disclosed the internal platform AgentHub, which allows teams to build and iterate modular AI agents in hours in a configuration-driven manner. One of the first agents based on the platform is AI Trip Planner Q&A, responsible for answering travelers' property-related questions; Booking.com says its answers show improvements in contextual relevance and factual accuracy, with a decrease in large language model refusal rate. The platform is still evolving, with plans to later add multi-agent collaboration, multimodal capabilities such as images, long-term memory, and personalization.
