European Commission publishes work plans for TEN-T European transport corridors and horizontal priorities

The European Commission's DG MOVE has published the new edition of the work plans for the European transport corridors and horizontal priorities. This is the first edition following the revised TEN-T regulation. It reviews the progress of each corridor, remaining investment needs and infrastructure compliance, and identifies bottlenecks that need to be eliminated as soon as possible. The European Maritime Space work plan focuses on ports, maritime connections and their integration with the broader European transport network; the ERTMS work plan was published in February and covers the current status and challenges of deployment across the entire TEN-T rail network.
