IHG and Castello SGR to Bring Kimpton Brand to Rome for the First Time

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Castello SGR to bring the Kimpton brand to Rome for the first time. The hotel is expected to open in 2029, with 114 rooms, and will include a rooftop bar, restaurant, courtyard, wellness facilities and meeting and event space. The former theatre will be converted into a multi-purpose arts and events venue.
