A report by Oxford Economics and SAP Concur shows 46% cite increasing functional efficiency as their organization's top priority, 75% use basic automation to boost efficiency and 68% say advanced automation raises more efficiency. It suggests IT leaders focus on four areas: simplify integration, provide wide-ranging support, secure data, systems and people, and measure sustainability.
