RealTime Reservation acquires STAY, targeting end-to-end guest experience

RealTime Reservation, a hotel commerce technology provider, has acquired guest experience platform STAY for an undisclosed amount, with investment from Wavecrest Growth Partners. STAY offers a branded mobile app for guests to book restaurant reservations, room service, wellness, and activities. The combined company will serve over 2,000 properties across 75+ countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
