Why Luxury GMs Need a Razor Sharp Point of View

As luxury hotel brands scale and codify standards, the general manager's distinct point of view becomes the decisive factor in preserving a property's unique experience. Using Jerome Arribas, GM of Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, as a case study, the article illustrates how a strong vision protects against 'death by a thousand cuts.'
