wi-Q Expands Mobile Ordering Engine with Web-Based Guest Directory

Hospitality solutions provider wi-Q launched Guest Directory, a web-based digital guest folder integrated into its mobile ordering platform. Guests access property information, spa and event booking links, and local guides through in-room QR codes without downloading a native app. The directory also links room-service ordering with housekeeping systems so guests can request items such as extra towels directly, and it translates directory information into 27 languages.
