Study: Travelers Two Years Ahead of Industry on AI

Research by Mindtrip, Sabre, Sojern, and MMGY shows 54% of travelers have used AI for trip planning, and 75% intend to. However, only 22% of DMOs offer AI planning on their websites, and 26% have an AI strategy. 72% of DMO leaders believe failing to adopt AI within two years risks irrelevance. Younger generations are more likely to use AI, with 40% discovering destinations through AI.
