SAP Debuts Joule AI Copilot in Concur Solutions at Fusion 2025

SAP announced at SAP Concur Fusion 2025 that it is embedding generative AI copilot Joule into Concur Expense and Concur Travel solutions. Joule in Concur Expense is expected to be generally available in Q2 2025, helping employees prepare expense reports. Joule in Concur Travel is currently in the SAP Early Adopter Care program and can assist with planning offsite meeting locations and providing flight and hotel cost estimates.
