4th Beijing International Canal Arts Week Opens

On September 24 the 4th Beijing International Canal Arts Week opened in Beijing and runs through September 27, featuring 22 Chinese and international performances and more than 60 food and cultural-creative brands. The event focuses on living preservation of the Grand Canal World Cultural Heritage and links 13 well-known canals worldwide. The opening released the "Canal in Beijing" promotional film and 10 "Roaming Beijing - Grand Canal cultural theme tour" routes linking over 40 landmarks including Baifu Spring, Shichahai and the Beijing Grand Canal Museum.
