Accor says most conversations with hotel owners now about AI

During its H1 2026 earnings call, Accor said hotel owners are increasingly seeking guidance on AI adoption, aiming for up to 20% cost savings through automation in the next 12-18 months. CEO Sebastien Bazin noted that about two-thirds of conversations with owners in the past 12 months involved AI, potentially reaching 90% in the next year. H1 revenue was nearly €2.8 billion, up 0.6% YoY.
