On September 29, the Beijing Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps released its fourth batch of typical tourism market cases this year, totaling five cases involving travel agencies deceiving tourists through social media hype of 'premium small groups,' fabricating 'pure play no shopping' claims, online-offline 'dual itineraries,' unauthorized additional charges, and inappropriate promotional content by online travel operators. Two agencies were fined 5,000 yuan each and had illegal gains confiscated for serious discrepancies between promised and actual group sizes.
