    Beijing Cracks Down on Illegal "Imperial City Tour" Overcharging

On September 11, a taxi driver took two passengers on a detour around Tiananmen Square and demanded a flat fare of 120 yuan, and was administratively penalized for failing to use the meter as required.     China to Build Over 5,000 Safe-Consumption Clusters by 2030
