SAP and Oxford Economics Survey on Flexible Work and Employee Satisfaction

SAP and Oxford Economics surveyed 352 finance and IT decision-makers from small and midsize companies globally, finding that most leaders want employees back in the office full time but more than half see a hybrid work model as unavoidable over the next two years. The survey also shows few companies use formal surveys to understand employees, and processes such as travel and expense management are not optimized for working from anywhere.
