HBX Group acquires packaging tech specialist PerfectStay

HBX Group has completed the full acquisition of Paris-based dynamic packaging technology company PerfectStay for an undisclosed amount. HBX initially acquired 25% of PerfectStay in mid-2024, and the transaction is based on a long-term, performance-based deal related to EBITDA until 2030. HBX said the acquisition reflects a shared belief in the long-term potential of holiday packaging as a strategic growth opportunity in B2B2C travel. PerfectStay will continue to operate from its Paris headquarters, supported by HBX Group's technology, product, and sourcing teams.
