Smaller Companies Face Bigger Business Travel Challenges

SAP Concur's Global Business Travel Survey reveals that employees at small and mid-sized businesses are dissatisfied with travel arrangements, with one in four likely to leave their jobs over travel issues and nine in ten willing to decline trips for safety, personal, or environmental reasons. Companies need to offer flexibility, but direct booking leads to hidden spend.
