Hyatt opens up ChatGPT Enterprise to employees

Hyatt Hotels has deployed ChatGPT Enterprise, working with OpenAI, to enable employees in finance, marketing, and operations to use the AI platform to improve customer experience. Hyatt said during its Q4 2025 earnings call that it had been working on AI enablement for two years and executed four large-scale agentic platforms. CEO Mark Hoplamazian noted natural language search is driving higher conversions and revenue.
