National AI Application Pilot Base (Culture & Tourism) Campus Opens in Hangzhou

• On 28 September, the launch ceremony for the National AI Application Pilot Base (Culture & Tourism) campus and its first ecosystem partner conference were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
• The base is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and is the country's first culture-and-tourism-oriented application pilot base, supported by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the National Development and Reform Commission, and led by Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Industry Investment Group.
• The base follows a '1+4+5+N' architecture: one integrated external operations portal, four key fields, five centres and multiple scenarios.
• It released five models including the 'Wenrun' large model and the Wenrun Expedition historic-building inspection model, four high-quality datasets including a historic-building gene dataset, and five application scenarios including the 'Aiyouyou' culture-tourism super agent.
• The Wenrun Expedition model draws on over 300,000 disease annotation records and can identify more than 10 types of defects; the historic-building gene dataset aggregates data on over 40,000 historic buildings nationwide and more than 400,000 characteristic components.
• Representatives of seven organisations including the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles joined Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Industry Investment Group and Gongshu District to launch ecosystem co-building.
