Top Concerns for SMB Business Travelers in 2022: Budgets, Inflation, and Sustainability

Although 98% are willing to travel for business in the next 12 months, 60% are dissatisfied with their current travel frequency. Among those dissatisfied, 48% may take action, and 26% would seek new employment. Additionally, 89% may decline trips for safety, personal, or environmental reasons, and 94% value sustainability information and plan to reduce their environmental impact.
