Zhengjia Group Invests 4 Billion in Maofeng Bay Resort

On August 10, Zhengjia Group unveiled plans for the Maofeng Bay International Cultural Tourism Resort in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan and covering 630 mu. The first phase is expected to operate by end of 2027. The plan features Zhonghua Palace as the core, supported by over 20 museums, two themed hotels, more than 80 outdoor entertainment formats, and digital cultural tourism scenarios. It is expected to create 20,000 jobs and generate nearly 10 billion yuan in annual regional economic benefits.
