The advice notes the Russian invasion is ongoing, with over 5,000 drones and over 100 missiles launched on average per month over the last three months, around 150 ballistic missiles launched in July 2026, and over 2,000 civilian casualties in each of those months. Ukraine's airspace remains closed.
