    Sanya Releases First Trilingual City Culture Reader 'Reading Sanya'

    On September 28, Sanya released its first city culture reader 'Reading Sanya,' planned in Chinese, English, and Russian editions, with English and Russian versions to be launched next year. The book is structured around four themes: history and culture, revolutionary culture, marine culture, and folk culture. It is accompanied by six themed short video series and a comic book for the post-2010 generation. Residents and tourists can borrow it free at Sanya's library system, city study rooms, tourist information centers, and over 140 grassroots cultural service centers.

    Sanya Marina Hotel Sold at Base Price of 133 Million Yuan

    On September 7, Sanya Marina Hotel was sold at a base price of 133 million yuan. The property has a building area of 11,422 sqm, is a first-line sea-view hotel with 101 rooms. It failed to sell at first auction for 166 million yuan and again at a reduced price in the second auction. This time it was sold at 80% of the first auction price (appraised at 237 million yuan) to a local Sanya trading company.

    Hilton Partners with Sunshine Insurance to Bring Conrad Hotel to Sanya Haitang Bay

    Recently, Hilton Group signed an agreement with Sunshine Insurance Group, announcing the return of the Conrad brand to Sanya Haitang Bay. The project was formerly the Haitang Bay Sun One Hotel, which was delisted at the end of last year and taken over by Conrad for renovation and upgrade. It features guest rooms, suites, and duplex villas, with a kids club, 630 sqm meeting space, 4000 sqm lawn, and 3800 sqm outdoor pool.
