T&E Policy: Easy to Write, Hard to Get Followed
An SAP Concur blog post argues that the key to an effective travel and expense (T&E) policy is not getting people to read it but getting them to actually do it. It notes that cramming in all the rules, regulations, and restrictions senior executives want does not guarantee anyone will follow, understand, or even read them.
