Jiangxi plans activities around travel, reunion and autumn leisure; Shantou in Guangdong offers moon-worship and tea ceremony events; Ordos in Inner Mongolia organizes moon-viewing and Ulan Muqir performances. Fuzhou issues 1.5 million yuan in cultural tourism coupons, Xiamen offers ticket-stub discounts, and Hangzhou launches over 400 discount measures including inbound tourism coupons. Sanya sets up welcome stations and five luggage transfer routes covering 210 service points.

    Quanzhou Launches Mid-Autumn and National Day Tourism Consumption Season

    On Sept 17, Quanzhou's government information office held a press conference for the 2026 Minnan Drama Week and the Quanzhou Mid-Autumn and National Day 'Ten Quan Ten Beauty' tourism consumption season. During the holiday, Quanzhou will launch more than 1,000 cultural tourism activities and over 100 benefit measures under the theme 'Quanzhou Has Something, Slow Travel Slow Life.'     Shaanxi Fine Arts, Calligraphy and Photography Exhibition Opens in Shangluo, Free Through Year-End

    On September 16, the 11th Shaanxi Provincial Arts Festival's fine arts, calligraphy and photography exhibition opened in Shangluo. A total of 2,651 submissions were received province-wide; 298 works were selected and 62 invited, for 360 works on display across painting, calligraphy and seal carving, photography, and sculpture. The exhibition runs in phases, with the first phase through October 14 and an extension to year-end, free of charge throughout.

    Fujian Launches 2,600+ Autumn Culture and Tourism Events with 300+ Benefit Measures

    On September 16, Fujian held a press conference in Fuzhou on its Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday and 'Fujian-style Golden Autumn' culture and tourism promotion campaign. The provincial culture and tourism department said more than 2,600 events and over 300 benefit measures will be offered this autumn under the 'Fresh Fujian, Fujian-style Life' theme, featuring five signature autumn scenes and ten autumn-themed routes. Benefit measures include RMB 1.5 million in culture and tourism consumption vouchers in Fuzhou, free admission to Wuyishan's main scenic area, and flight-linked scenic discounts in Sanming.
