IHG and ALAND Sign 15-Hotel Deal to Launch Staybridge Suites in Australia

IHG Hotels & Resorts signed a Master Development Agreement with Australian developer ALAND, giving ALAND exclusive rights to develop Staybridge Suites in Australia with at least 15 hotels and a minimum of 2,000 rooms. The first two hotels are signed: the 130-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Parramatta and 112-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Leppington, both managed by Signature Hotel Management Group. Staybridge Suites has 355 open hotels and 152 in the pipeline.
