    IHG Named Official Hotel Partner of Men's Rugby World Cup 2027

    IHG Hotels & Resorts announced it has been named Official Hotel Partner of Men's Rugby World Cup 2027. The tournament runs from 1 October to 13 November 2027 in Australia and will be the largest edition to date, with 24 teams playing 52 matches across seven host cities. IHG will use its hotel network and the IHG One Rewards platform, with over 160 million members, to welcome teams, officials and fans. IHG has existing ties with Rugby Australia, SANZAAR and Six Nations Rugby.

    IHG and Urban sign two New South Wales hotels

    IHG Hotels & Resorts announced it is expanding its partnership with Urban Property Group by signing Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Hotel Indigo Gosford, bringing the pair's New South Wales collaboration to three hotels. The two had already signed Crowne Plaza Parramatta in 2025. The new hotels will anchor major mixed-use developments in Gosford and Newcastle.     Australia Leads Super Golden Week Long-Haul Market as Search Interest Doubles Year on Year

    As the Mid-Autumn and National Day Super Golden Week approaches, long-haul outbound travel interest is rising.
