Accor Launches ALL Concierge Conversational AI Assistant

Accor announced the launch of ALL Concierge, a conversational AI assistant that helps with inspiration and destination search, hotel comparison, booking changes, in-stay questions and loyalty coaching on optimizing status and points. The tool is available in 11 languages via the ALL Accor app, Accor's website and the WhatsApp and iMessage messaging channels. Accor SVP of data science and AI Nicolas Maynard said next steps include more languages, local experiences and full integration of loyalty partners beyond Accor. Chief commercial, digital and tech officer Alix Boulnois said the tool does not currently assist with meetings and event spaces, but that this is on the roadmap.
