GBTA and SAP Concur Research Reveals Business Travel Booking and Duty of Care Trends

The latest European study by GBTA and SAP Concur reveals key findings on business traveler booking behavior, duty of care, and the role of technology. More than two-thirds of business travelers said they had used an OTA or booked directly with suppliers for airfares and hotel reservations; nearly half (47%) expect to use their online booking tool more often next year.
