Three Hilton Brands Again Rank No. 1 in JD Power 2026 Guest Satisfaction Study

Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton each ranked highest in guest satisfaction within their respective segments in the JD Power 2026 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study. The 30th annual study surveyed more than 44,000 branded hotel guests for stays between May 2025 and May 2026, evaluating seven dimensions: guest room, food and beverage, hotel facility, hotel staff, hotel connectivity, value for price paid, and check-in/check-out. Hampton ranked highest in Upper Midscale for the second consecutive year, Tru in Midscale for the fourth consecutive year, and Home2 Suites in Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay for the fourth consecutive year.
