SAP Concur is introducing Joule agents within Concur Travel & Expense, including the Booking Agent, Receipt Analysis Agent, Meeting Planning Agent, and Expense Report Validation Agent. The Receipt Analysis Agent and Booking Agent are available now, while the Meeting Planning Agent and Expense Report Validation Agent are planned for early 2026. The base Joule AI copilot is available at no cost to all customers.
SAP Concur released an eBook, 'Better Ways from A to B,' outlining five areas of its travel management solutions designed to simplify travel processes and control costs for businesses of all sizes. The areas include booking, travel experience, traveler safety, reporting and analytics, and mileage tracking.
SAP Concur announced its biggest update to Concur Travel in years. The Q4 2023 release will introduce a new end-to-end booking experience for customers whose TMCs use the Sabre GDS from the US point of sale. Updates include improved content and images, time savings, sustainability options, search capabilities, and Concur Expense integration. Some features are not yet available and will auto-redirect or require opt-out.
SAP Concur announced updates to Concur Travel and Concur Invoice at its Fusion conference. Concur Travel will introduce a new car rental booking experience, starting with customers whose TMCs connect to Concur via the Amadeus GDS, with a restricted release planned for Q1 2023, adding EV filtering and average emission ratings. A hotel booking experience is planned for restricted release by end of Q2 2023. Concur Invoice plans to introduce virtual card payments and Invoice Payment Manager's batch scheduling and manual payment release features by Q2 2023.
