    Trip.Biz Launches Four AI Agents to Boost Program Adoption

    Trip.Biz, the Singapore-based full-service TMC powered by OTA Trip.com, launched Agent One, an AI offering comprising four connected AI agents for planning, booking, approval and reporting, with a focus on improving program adoption. The planning agent responds to natural-language requests with recommendations informed by traveler preferences, trip purpose and company policies. The booking agent offers conversationally guided booking instead of the typical TMC flow, which Trip.Biz said cuts average booking time from 45 minutes to two minutes.     Omio Business Expands Globally, Widening Multimodal Booking Access

    Omio announced that Omio Business, its platform designed for small businesses and individual travellers such as freelancers, has expanded from its earlier UK launch to global availability. The platform lets users book flights, hotels, trains and buses in one place, with VAT-compliant invoicing and a centralized booking history. Omio said it has seen promising demand, particularly in Italy, Spain and the United States. Separately, the wider Omio platform announced a $10 million investment in July for expansion across Japan and Southeast Asia, and parent company Omio Group agreed in July to acquire Rail Europe.

    SAP Concur Launches Joule Agents to Reshape T&E Management

    SAP Concur is introducing Joule agents within Concur Travel & Expense, including the Booking Agent, Receipt Analysis Agent, Meeting Planning Agent, and Expense Report Validation Agent. The Receipt Analysis Agent and Booking Agent are available now, while the Meeting Planning Agent and Expense Report Validation Agent are planned for early 2026.     Concur Travel's Biggest Update in Years is About to Take Off

    SAP Concur announced its biggest update to Concur Travel in years. The Q4 2023 release will introduce a new end-to-end booking experience for customers whose TMCs use the Sabre GDS from the US point of sale. Updates include improved content and images, time savings, sustainability options, search capabilities, and Concur Expense integration. Some features are not yet available and will auto-redirect or require opt-out.

    SAP Concur Announces Concur Travel and Concur Invoice Updates at Fusion

    SAP Concur announced updates to Concur Travel and Concur Invoice at its Fusion conference. Concur Travel will introduce a new car rental booking experience, starting with customers whose TMCs connect to Concur via the Amadeus GDS, with a restricted release planned for Q1 2023, adding EV filtering and average emission ratings. A hotel booking experience is planned for restricted release by end of Q2 2023. Concur Invoice plans to introduce virtual card payments and Invoice Payment Manager's batch scheduling and manual payment release features by Q2 2023.
