洲际酒店集团与Nooa Holdings签约，将中端转换品牌Garner Hotels引入中东，在阿联酋落地两家酒店：204间客房的Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown和81间客房的Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf，合计新增285间客房，预计2026年开业。这是该品牌在中东地区的首次亮相。

Hilton introduced the Home2 Suites by Hilton Clean Energy Prototype, an optional, scalable hotel design concept for new U.S. builds that combines all-electric systems, renewable energy and high-efficiency building technologies. Based on modeling across 13 U.S. cities, the design is expected to cut annual energy costs by 18% to 40%, improve energy efficiency by about 30% and reduce operational carbon emissions by roughly 440 metric tons. Hilton calls it its first zero-operational-emissions prototype made widely available to owners, supported by Hilton Supply Management's energy procurement program.

IHG Hotels & Resorts announced it is expanding its partnership with Urban Property Group by signing Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Hotel Indigo Gosford, bringing the pair's New South Wales collaboration to three hotels. The two had already signed Crowne Plaza Parramatta in 2025. The new hotels will anchor major mixed-use developments in Gosford and Newcastle. Hilton announced the signing of 10 Spark by Hilton hotels across England and Wales, adding 672 rooms, under a strategic agreement with UK owner-operator AG Hotels Group. The properties span Cardiff, Coventry, Derby, Doncaster, Hull, Peterborough, Runcorn, Sunderland, Wakefield and Washington, with openings expected between late 2026 and 2028. Most sit near employment centres, transport hubs and logistics corridors. Hilton also signed with SMAR Hotels Ltd for Scotland's first Spark by Hilton in Dunfermline. Globally, Spark now has over 275 open hotels and more than 200 in the pipeline.

IHG Hotels & Resorts signed a Master Development Agreement with Australian developer ALAND, giving ALAND exclusive rights to develop Staybridge Suites in Australia with at least 15 hotels and a minimum of 2,000 rooms. The first two hotels are signed: the 130-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Parramatta and 112-room Staybridge Suites Sydney Leppington, both managed by Signature Hotel Management Group. Staybridge Suites has 355 open hotels and 152 in the pipeline.

Hilton announced the signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Parramatta, a 100-room hotel set to open in late 2028 at 34 Hassall Street in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. The hotel will form part of a mixed-use development by Deicorp Group and be operated by Trilogy Hotels under a franchise agreement. It will feature guest rooms of 20 to 45 square metres, an all-day dining restaurant and lounge, 667 square metres of event space including meeting rooms, a boardroom and pre-function areas, and fitness and wellness facilities. The signing introduces Hilton to the Parramatta market and strengthens its Greater Sydney pipeline.
