希尔顿Motto品牌首入日本，京都酒店2029年开业
希尔顿与平和不动产宣布，将在京都引入日本首家Motto by Hilton酒店——Motto by Hilton Kyoto Shijo Karasuma，计划2029年开业，由希尔顿管理，设108间客房、全日制餐厅及带开放露台的休息区。酒店距四条站和乌丸站步行约两分钟，可便捷前往锦市场、祇园、东山及四条河原町。此次签约后，希尔顿在京都的酒店组合将增至七家，包括即将开业的Curio Collection by Hilton物业。

IHG has signed Garner Hotel Jim Corbett with United Hospitality Management (UHM) India, Garner's sixth signing in India. Located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, near Jim Corbett National Park, the 50-key hotel will be owned by Victorian Corporation and managed by UHM India, with opening scheduled for Q2 2027. Garner has reached 100 open hotels worldwide since its 2023 launch.
Accor News & Stories Accor's MGallery Signs New York's Ink 48 as U.S. Flagship for 2028
Accor's boutique brand MGallery Collection announced the signing of Ink 48 in Manhattan, New York, as its U.S. flagship hotel. Located in Hell's Kitchen, the property has 222 guestrooms including 17 suites, a rooftop bar, a restaurant and about 6,000 square feet of meeting space. Following the signing, the hotel will undergo extensive renovation while continuing to operate independently, before officially joining MGallery in 2028 under Rebel Hotel Company management. MGallery currently has more than 125 hotels worldwide with over 60 projects in development.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with long-standing partner Pacific Beachcomber to transform the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa into Regent Bora Bora, marking Regent Hotels & Resorts' debut in French Polynesia. The resort closed on 1 June 2026 for extensive renovations and will reopen as Regent Bora Bora in late 2027 with 84 villas in an exclusively overwater setting on a private motu overlooking Mount Otemanu. The property will retain the world's first seawater air-conditioning system, which has cut the electricity otherwise required for air conditioning and refrigeration by around 90%.

IHG Hotels & Resorts announced it is expanding its partnership with Urban Property Group by signing Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Hotel Indigo Gosford, bringing the pair's New South Wales collaboration to three hotels. The two had already signed Crowne Plaza Parramatta in 2025. The new hotels will anchor major mixed-use developments in Gosford and Newcastle. Crowne Plaza Newcastle is expected to open in late 2029 with 171 rooms within a 43-storey development, featuring all-day dining, a lobby bar, more than 550 sqm of meetings and events space including a 425 sqm ballroom, a pool and landscaped public spaces. Hilton announced the signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Parramatta, a 100-room hotel set to open in late 2028 at 34 Hassall Street in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. The hotel will form part of a mixed-use development by Deicorp Group and be operated by Trilogy Hotels under a franchise agreement. It will feature guest rooms of 20 to 45 square metres, an all-day dining restaurant and lounge, 667 square metres of event space including meeting rooms, a boardroom and pre-function areas, and fitness and wellness facilities. The signing introduces Hilton to the Parramatta market and strengthens its Greater Sydney pipeline.
