Over the past three years, the national hotel average ADR and OCC both declined, while Thank U's newly opened properties saw occupancy increase by 12%, average room rates rise by more than 40 yuan, and the latest opened Thank U 7 hotel sells rooms at over 400 yuan.
During the 7-day National Day holiday, hotels under Huazhu Group's brands received over 9.7 million guests, with an average daily reception of over 1.38 million and overall occupancy rate stable above 83%. Total inbound tourist receptions during the holiday (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) exceeded 65,000, with average daily inbound tourist receptions increasing 25% year-on-year. Brands such as Haiyou, Hanting, JI Hotel, and Orange achieved double-digit year-on-year growth in average daily room nights sold.

During the 2026 "National Day" holiday, Rezen Group's average occupancy rate peaked at over 90%, exceeding 85% for three consecutive days; over 700 hotels were fully booked in a single day, and over 400 hotels were fully booked for three consecutive days. In the three days before the holiday, the occupancy rate increased by 20% year-on-year, and on the first day after the holiday it increased by 30% year-on-year; 630 hotels used the Full House Assistant, receiving a total of 46,757 business strategy pushes, with a 93% achievement rate for occupancy rate targets.
