Sichuan Provincial People's Government Information Office held a press conference on 20 September to present the fifth China (Sichuan) International Panda Consumption Festival. Running from 22 September to 30 November, the festival uses a "1+3+16+N" framework across premium shopping, dining, tourism and performances, launching in Chengdu on the evening of 22 September with 40 new "Shuli Anyi" consumption scenarios and mobilizing over 10,000 merchants province-wide.
