Marriott and SomeraRoad announced plans for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Brooklyn Heights, at the former Hotel Bossert, with construction expected to start later this year and completion anticipated in 2029. 1 Hotels opened 1 Hotel Austin inside the 74-story Waterline, Texas' tallest tower, with 252 rooms and more than 10,000 square feet of meetings and events space.
