China Tourism Academy: 2024 Outbound Tourist Satisfaction Index at 80.06

The China Tourism Academy released the 2024 Chinese Outbound Tourist Satisfaction Research Report on June 26. The report shows China's outbound tourist satisfaction index was 80.06 in 2024, remaining in the "satisfied" range all year, with narrowing regional and quarterly differences. Due to factors including international passenger flights, the global supply chain recovery, inflation-driven price rises in many places and frictions in bilateral and multilateral relations, satisfaction with overseas accommodation, dining, attractions, value for money and public services saw downward fluctuations versus the same period.
