Amadeus发布《互联旅程：未来十年科技如何改变旅行》研究，覆盖中国、法国、印度、新加坡、西班牙、英国和美国共9500名旅客。生成式AI使用率同比增长64%，42%的受访者看重节省时间，37%看重个性化推荐，36%看重发现新目的地。64%愿意为行程中的AI旅行助手付费，17%愿支付不超过行程总价值5%的费用。但25%遇到AI信息过时或不准确，另有25%认为AI难以真正理解个人偏好。90%的航空旅客表示旅程中存在某种焦虑，69%青睐生物识别通道，66%对远程行李托运感兴趣。
