    Naples Grande Beach Resort joins Signia Hilton portfolio

    Naples Grande Beach Resort will join Hilton's Signia portfolio in January 2027, becoming the brand's first property on Florida's Gulf Coast. The 474-room resort, which includes 50 villas, is undergoing the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history, with redesigned guest rooms and suites, upgraded wellness amenities, enhanced dining venues, a luxury spa, multiple pools, tennis facilities and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. It will be Signia's third property in Florida and strengthens Hilton's presence in the state, where it counts more than 540 hotels.

    Thailand Tightens Entry Rules to Focus on 'Quality Tourism'

    Thailand is cutting visa-free stays for travelers from more than 90 countries and territories starting Tuesday, reversing a pandemic-era expansion to curb misuse of visa privileges and illegal activities involving foreign nationals. More than 60 nationalities, including most Schengen countries, the United States and Australia, will see visa-free stays reduced from 60 days to 30. Some nationalities get 15-day exemptions, while others including Azerbaijan, Serbia and Belarus shift to visa-on-arrival. The rules also limit visa-free entries to two per year.
