How SingleThread Is Growing Without Copying Itself

SingleThread, the acclaimed Healdsburg farm-restaurant-inn, is expanding through culture transfer rather than concept replication. Its Kyoto venture SoNoMa by SingleThread and the upcoming The Selvedge illustrate this model. Co-owner Tony Greenberg emphasizes 'growing' over 'scaling,' moving people who have absorbed the ethos to create elegant translations rather than copies.
