    Choice Hotels announced on Wednesday that it will acquire RV travel membership club Harvest Hosts for approximately $130 million in cash, marking its first move into business outside of hotels and the first acquisition led by Dom Dragisich, who formally became president and CEO last month. The sellers are New York-based growth equity fund Stripes, which acquired the company for $37 million in 2021, and other shareholders, and the deal will be paid for with cash on hand and its revolving credit facility.
