Report says hotel AI adoption is rising but manual work remains widespread
The H2c report shows that 69% of hotels still have staff manually enter guest preference data, and only 19% use AI to extract it from guest interactions; the State of Distribution 2026 report by New York University, RateGain and HEDNA shows that more than 80% of commercial teams still spend one to two days per week manually producing and analyzing reports.
